# Terms of use

Last updated October 6, 2026

This website is run by Seacoast Marine Sales & Service, 6 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, NH 03862 ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms.

## Information on this site

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but boat availability, specifications, pricing and promotions change often and can contain errors. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Every sale is confirmed in writing at our dealership, and the written agreement is what counts. Please call us to confirm details before you visit.

## Photos and brands

Photos may show boats that have since sold, or optional equipment. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here because we sell or service their products.

## Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders and depends on credit approval and the lender's terms. We don't guarantee approval, rates or terms.

## Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as Google Maps, for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

## Using this site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

## Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

## Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
